OneFamily’s US Director Michelle Napell visited with terror victims receiving treatment at the rehabilitation ward of the Tel HaShomer hospital. Michelle also met their families, many of whom stayed at the hospital around the clock to support their injured children.

Michelle arrived at the hospital with gifts to raise the spirits of those who are still hospitalized and won’t be able to celebrate Purim at home with their families. She gave out iPads to the victims and offered boundless love and support to all of the families she met.

“Knowing that I was visiting Tel HaShomer honestly made me anxious,” Michelle said after the visit. “Though I have met many people who have been through attacks throughout my tenure at OneFamily, it was my first time in a hospital.

“As soon as I saw the big smiles and received my first hug the anxiety quickly disappeared,” she continued. “Although many had spent months and months in rehab their spirit and strength had persevered. Each person had their own story but all wanted the same happy ending – to be as they once were.
