Sirens rang throughout the Tel Aviv Region at 6:00pm and the Raanana Center prepared for an “end of year” get together in a community shelter. At 7:30pm, the room was filled with hundreds of people, laughing together, catching up, and allowing themselves a few precious moments to take a breathe as Israel continued Operation Protective Edge.
